The HLP App: CRM, Disclaimers & Legal

I created the CRM system for The HLP App.

With the emails to the users, I wanted to be as accessible and as un-intrusive as possible by adopting a casual, light hearted and warm tone-of-voice.

With our user base in mind, I wanted to steer clear of putting too much pressure on the user, so I used collaborative language like "we", "lets" and "us" to foster an atmosphere of support.

In addition to this, I liaised with legal professionals and used my extensive knowledge of the safeguarding process to produce guidelines, disclaimers and rules that were used throughout the app.

This information safeguarded us from a legal standpoint, as well as provided the users with valuable reassurance regarding our duty of care to them. Accessibility and inclusive language were key priorities, as legal and medical terminology can be extremely off-putting.
