The HLP App: Microcopy & App Text

In addition to creating copy for each screen of The HLP App, I created microcopy with usability and accessibility in mind.

The app contained a social media/community space, an activity/logs/insights page, as well as a catalogue of tools that users could schedule in their in-app agenda.

I created the copy for the support deck, FAQs and the support mascot, combining different tones of voice but still remaining within the brand guidelines that I created, which were underpinned by the following 4 core conditions:

Supportive / Collaborative / Light-hearted / Clinical weight
