The HLP App: Tools & Content

Using my SEN teaching experience, I created a catalogue of over 350 accessible health and lifestyle tools.

Whilst I created these tools with ASD, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression in mind, they were designed to be as universal as possible to accommodate our large and varied user base.

I also created Courses, which acted as a step-by-step guide for specific issues or conditions.

In addition to this, I wrote descriptions for external services offered by our platform, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
