George Riley has shared a sophisticated summer banger in ‘Elixir’, taken her forthcoming album ‘Un/limited Love’.
As a vocal-driven house track with squeaky clean production and warm, subtle synths. ’Elixir’ represents a clear next step in George Riley’s journey as an artist; it would feel just as at home in a Malibu super-club as it would in an underground South-London venue.
Whilst the vocal melodies are RnB influenced and structured by an unmistakable disco-house body, the track takes on a life of its own towards the end with layer upon layer of spiralling synths and a baseline unmistakably built for the two-steppers.
Her forthcoming E.P. ‘Un/limited Love’ features production from Actress, Hudson Mohawke and Loraine James, and if ‘Elixir’ is anything to go by, we’re in for a biggen.
